Glodi KASINDI MALUMBE

Glodi KASINDI MALUMBE was born in 1992 in Kinshasa, in Democratic Republic of Congo.

He lives and works in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo.

The flower is the concept that nourishes the pictorial work of Glodi KASINDI MALUMBE.

The naked body must be painted so that the skin paints the man and the woman.

Under Glodi’s brush, they become flowery beings thanks to goldsmith work.

The body arrives in another ideal to take it out of its cacophonous world. There is a need to take the time to transform it into a better bliss, a marvelous abstraction, crossing the limits of sartorial escapades.

Art is essential to become one with the inner lines of women and men, to explore the mystery of a sensuality rewarding some hidden secrets. In the climax of these lines, the drawing progresses until it reaches a form of surgical experimentation leading towards fulfillment which invites us to contemplate very deeply what goes beyond ordinary skin.

Each painting is a hymn to beauty, to harmony, going beyond the world scarred by a thousand wounds where hope has disappeared, where all dreams are murdered. Glodi colors the heart of despair. Journey of bodies and colors to erase the horror of the world.
